Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Leicester Tigers. We hope that you are delighted with your purchase.

If you wish to return any part of your order please do so in an unused condition with the original packaging and all labels still attached. You have 28 days from the date printed on your receipt in which to do so.

Please return all packages to: Tigers Shop, Aylestone Rd, Leicester, LE2 7TR. Please enclose a covering letter explaining what action you would like us to take. If you require an item to be exchanged please enclose a cheque to cover the cost of post and packaging. The cost is for post and packaging is £4.00. Please make cheques payable to LFC plc.

Please note: We cannot accept returns or exchanges on garments which have been tailored, i.e. personalised printed shirts, Guinness Premiership badged shirts or customer damaged merchandise.

Rugby Courses
If you have to cancel your booking you must inform us in writing, immediately. Unless written notification of cancellation is received, a booking will stand. All cancellations will be acknowledged by us and are subject to the following charges:

  • 56 - 29 days before course date 30% charge
  • 28 - 15 days before course date 45% charge
  • 14 - 1 day before course date 60% charge
  • On, or after commencement 100% charge


  • In certain instances it may be necessary to cancel the rugby course arrangements. You will then be given an option of transferring to another course, or receive a full refund.
